Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply when you access or use Loudio websites, applications, venue services, and the Loudio Mini App on Zalo.
Effective date: September 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Loudio. By accessing or using a Loudio service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to Loudio websites, guest experiences, venue-management products, and Mini Apps. If you use Loudio for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service or grant access to information requested by the service.
2. The Loudio service
Loudio helps participating venues manage music, accept song requests, and offer interactive guest experiences. Features may vary by venue, plan, device, location, and third-party platform.
Venue rules, availability, pricing, queue decisions, and content restrictions may apply in addition to these terms.
3. Accounts, permissions, and consent
You must provide accurate information and keep your account and device access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
When Loudio runs as a Zalo Mini App, we request access only through Zalo's permission interface. You choose whether to grant each requested permission. You may withdraw a permission or request data deletion through the Mini App permission-management menu. Where Zalo sends Loudio a withdrawal or deletion event, Loudio will process it in accordance with applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, automate abusive requests, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
We may limit or block activity that threatens users, venues, artists, partners, or the security and reliability of the service.
5. Song requests and payments
A song request does not guarantee that a track will be available or played. A venue may reject, reorder, delay, or remove requests to protect its programming, licensing obligations, and guest experience.
Before any paid action, the applicable price and payment flow will be shown to you. Third-party payment-provider terms may also apply. Refunds, when available, follow the terms displayed for the transaction and applicable law.
6. Content and intellectual property
Loudio and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, designs, and supplied content. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Music and related artwork remain owned by their respective rights holders. Loudio does not grant you a separate public-performance, reproduction, distribution, or commercial-use licence beyond the functionality expressly provided by the service.
7. Personal data
We process personal data only for disclosed service purposes, permissions you grant, legal obligations, security, and service operation. Any platform provider or service vendor that handles Zalo Mini App data must follow applicable law and Zalo's platform requirements.
To ask about your data, withdraw consent outside the available platform controls, or request deletion, contact support@loudio.vn. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Loudio available and secure, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, venue systems, or third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, Loudio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access for material breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a competent court in Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Questions may be sent to support@loudio.vn.
